Wired Society in collaboration with the Municipality of Calcata, Musica Machina, Eclectic Productions with the help of Music IS. MIDIWARE and Cherubini is proud to present from the afternoon of the 15,16,17 of August:

CALCATRONICA 2014

Festival of Ambient, Electro, Techno, Experimental music in the medieval historic center of Calcata and it’s confining forestal area.

A rotation of musicians and DJ’s starting from the afternoon in various locations combined with debates, conferences, dj sets, concerts, exhibitions and shows of of various nature. The events will start from early afternoon and will follow through the day in various locations until the early hours of the morning.
The diverse aspects of contemporary Electronic Music in it’s most stimulating forms will be presented within the area of Calcata in a series of copacetic events.
A cultural event relative to modern times which expresses itself in a territory rich with history and immersed in nature and it’s natural surroundings.
An occasion not to be missed to get to know an area of immense historical, natural and eno-gastronomic value close to the city of Rome in the center of Tuscia.
A historic center formed on pre-historic, Faliscan and Etruscan settings which remain uncontaminated in it’s architecture and in it’s integrity capable of being a source of contemporary culture.

Festival di musica elettronica ambient electro techno sperimentale che si tiene nel borgo medioevale di Calcata e nei boschi antistanti.
Si alternano artisti e dj fin dal pomeriggio in varie location della città vecchia e nelle location adiacenti in concerti, dibattiti, conferenze, dj set, mostre, esposizioni.
diversi aspetti della musica elettronica contemporanea nelle sue espressioni più stimolanti che si manifestano all’interno del territorio di Calcata in una serie eterogenea di eventi.
Un evento culturale, relativo alla modernità, che si esprime attraverso un territorio ricco di storia e immerso nella natura.
Un’ occasione imperdibile per conoscere un centro di immenso valore storico, naturalistico, eno-gastronomico a due passi da Roma nel centro della Tuscia.
Un borgo medioevale formatosi su insediamenti preistorici, falisci ed etruschi che resta incontaminato nelle sue architetture e nella sua integrità in grado di essere epicentro di fermenti culturali contemporanei.
